I heal the body and mind through massage therapies, one of the oldest healing methods in the world. With massages, I rely mainly on practice and repeatability. The body has its own ideal posture which is difficult to constantly maintain throughout the day. Body pain at the end of the day is a result of unbalanced repetitive moves as simple as using the right hand more often then the left one. Pain is an innate defensive reaction of the body that is used to signal the need to rebalance and regenerate. It is common that we hurt ourselves more or less everyday. Massages brings back the correct posture - eliminates pain and prevents injury of the skeleton and joints. There are many techniques out there, so proper beneficial health and mental restoration all work in unison to preserve the aim of healing. Massage art is an open field to elevate, express and give healing to the body and calm the mind. It has been three years since I realized that massage therapy is filling my life with passion, harmony, joy and purpose.
